Sweat is exactly what it stands for! Let’s break a sweat by pushing the pace and working hard with or interval stations. These stations will have a work to rest ratio, where we know our effort will be awarded with a short rest at the end of it! Time to earn that sweat!
Meet Your Trainer:
My name is Gage Clark. Iām a personal trainer and group fitness instructor here in the Tampa Bay Area. My purpose as a coach is to create a positive environment where, regardless of age, fitness level, or body type, anyone can show up, better themselves, and be proud of their efforts for the day.
Training has always been a passion of mine, and it has helped me develop confidence, discipline, and a respect for taking care of my body to improve recovery, sleep, and overall longevity.
As a coach, I love to program workouts and spot flaws in movement patterns to help clients move more efficiently in their workouts. I also encourage clients to be 1% better each day.
